Job summary

FCM Travel Solutions Asia is seeking a Solutions Design Consultant to tailor multi-national client solutions, championing FCM's value proposition and guiding onboarding from SOR to design optimization.

You'll partner with Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management to craft the blueprint for client onboarding and identify optimization opportunities for existing accounts, enabling commercial success across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end business processes in travel management.
• Knowledge of GDS, QC, online booking tools and reporting tools.
• Experience with MNC onboarding processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design Statement of Requirements (SOR) for multi-national accounts with scalable solutions.
• Support Sales in RFPs by defining recommendations, deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage client expectations and offer alternatives.
• Document optimization opportunities to drive value and efficiencies for clients.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Identify potential commercial opportunities during the Solution Design process.
• Lead discussions in calls, workshops and meetings during solution design.
• Manage project deadlines and keep client-facing docs updated.
• Qualify and quantify onboarding risks and flag to Project Managers.
• Communicate regional capabilities and recommendations to the global SDC team.

About the Opportunity

As a Solution Design Consultant, you'll design tailored solutions for multi-national customers by championing FCM's value proposition. Using your consultative skills, industry expertise, and understanding of technology and innovation, you'll guide customers towards optimizing their business travel programs with FCM.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong business acumen who is ready to make a real impact in a highly visible role. You'll work closely with Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management teams to create the blueprint for client onboarding through Statement of Requirements (SOR), design optimization opportunities for existing MNCs, and drive commercial success through value-added solutions.

What You Will Do

• Design Statement of Requirements (SOR) for MNC accounts, ensuring scalability and customization based on client needs
• Support Sales teams in the RFP process by consultatively defining key recommendations, deliverables and timelines
• Liaise with internal teams to manage client expectations and recommend alternative solutions where needed
• Document optimization opportunities for existing clients to drive value-adds and efficiencies
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
• Identify and highlight potential commercial opportunities during the Solution Design process
• Lead discussions in conference calls, workshops and meetings during solution design
• Manage project deadlines and ensure client-facing documentation is kept updated
• Qualify and quantify risks within onboarding projects and flag to Project Managers
• Communicate regional capabilities, limitations and recommendations to the global SDC team

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within corporate travel management or related industry (MNC account experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes including GDS, QC, online booking tools and reporting tools
• Understanding of MNC client onboarding processes preferred
• University degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Project Management certification (Lean/Six Sigma) preferred but not essential
• Excellent communicator—able to engage confidently with customers and stakeholders at all levels
• Strong business acumen with ability to understand and contribute to business plans
• Motivated, driven and focused on achieving individual, team and company goals
• Flexible and adaptable with willingness to travel (up to 10%) and work with changing priorities
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with proven success in coordinating multiple responsibilities
