Job summary

FCM Travel is seeking a Solutions Design Consultant, Asia, to craft tailored solutions for multinational clients and lead onboarding through Statements of Requirements. You will partner with Sales, Onboarding and Account Management to drive commercial success and optimize client journeys.

The role requires 2+ years in corporate travel design, strong GDS/booking tool knowledge and excellent communication across levels. Travel up to 10% and a growth-minded, flexible mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within corporate travel management or related industry (MNC account experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes including GDS, QC, online booking tools and reporting tools.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Project Management certification (Lean/Six Sigma) preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communicator—able to engage confidently with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design Statement of Requirements (SOR) for MNC accounts, ensuring scalability and customization based on client needs.
• Support Sales teams in the RFP process by consultatively defining key recommendations, deliverables and timelines.
• Liaise with internal teams to manage client expectations and recommend alternative solutions where needed.
• Document optimization opportunities for existing clients to drive value-adds and efficiencies.
• Communicate regional capabilities, limitations and recommendations to the global SDC team.
• Identify and highlight potential commercial opportunities during the Solution Design process.
