Job summary

ST Engineering eServ is seeking a Senior Technical Presales Specialist to drive growth by providing technical expertise during the sales process. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor solutions across finance, payroll, IT training, and contact center services.

The role requires 5+ years in presales or solution architecture, strong presentation skills, and certifications in Workday, ServiceNow, or Alteryx.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical presales or solution architect roles, preferably in BPO or MSP industries.
Familiarity with finance and payroll processes, IT training frameworks, and contact center operations.
Certifications in Workday, ServiceNow, or Alteryx are a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions across finance, payroll, IT training, and more.
Deliver technical presentations and demos of Workday, ServiceNow, Tungsten Automation, and Alteryx.
Design workflows, integrations, and solutions aligned with client requirements.
Analyze contact center requirements and optimize efficiency and engagement using AWS Connect.
Serve as a technical point of contact during the sales cycle and address client questions.
Contribute to proposals and RFIs with detailed technical input.
