Job summary

PCCW Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Junior Presales Solution Architect specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) to join our growing team.

You will lead presales activities across lifecycle, translate business requirements into ITSM designs, and work with Sales, Delivery and Tech teams to develop winning proposals.

Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management and BMC Helix, ITIL knowledge, and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Presales / Solutions Consulting / Solution Architecture in ITSM or digital transformation.
• Hands-on presales in solution design, customer engagement, presentations, workshops, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Experience with ITSM platforms: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Helix.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and ITSM process understanding.
• Experience in large enterprise or public-sector tenders is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex tech into business value and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end presales for ITSM and enterprise service management opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs.

• Design solutions covering incident, problem, change, service request, asset, CM and SLA.
• Deliver customer presentations, walkthroughs, and product demonstrations.

• Participate in workshops to identify IT service transformation opportunities.
• Stay current with ITSM, ESS, workflow automation and digital transformation trends.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focusedJunior Presales Solution Architect specialising in IT Service Management (ITSM)solutions to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shapingcustomer solutions across the full presales lifecycle — from understandingbusiness requirements and developing solution strategies to designing ITSMarchitectures, preparing proposals and leading customer presentations anddemonstrations.

You will work closely with sales, delivery and technologyteams to translate customer challenges into practical, scalable andcommercially viable ITSM solutions, leveraging platforms such as ServiceNow,Jira Service Management and BMC Helix.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end presales activities for ITSM and enterprise service management opportunities.
• Engage customers to understand their business, operational and IT service management requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Develop ITSM solution architectures, solution proposals, technical presentations and responses to RFPs/RFQs/tenders.
• Design solutions covering areas such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management and Service Level Management.
• Develop and deliver compelling customer presentations, solution walkthroughs, workshops and product demonstrations.
• Leverage and position platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management and BMC Helix to address customer requirements.
• Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions and develop winning propositions.
• Collaborate with delivery, project and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, commercially viable and aligned with implementation capabilities.
• Support the development of Statements of Work (SOW), technical proposals, pricing inputs and solution assumptions.
• Participate in customer workshops to identify opportunities for IT service transformation, automation and process optimisation.
• Provide technical input during contract negotiations and clarification sessions.
• Stay current with developments in ITSM, Enterprise Service Management, workflow automation, AI-enabled service management and digital transformation.
• Contribute to reusable solution assets, case studies, reference architectures and presales methodologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Presales / Solutions Consulting / Solution Architecture role, preferably within ITSM, IT services or digital transformation.
• Strong hands-on presales experience in solution design, customer engagement, presentations, workshops and RFP/RFQ/tender responses.
• Demonstrated experience with one or more major ITSM platforms, particularly:
• ServiceNow
• Jira Service Management
• BMC Helix
• Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management processes.
• Experience designing solutions around ITSM workflows, service management processes and automation.
• Experience managing or supporting large enterprise or public-sector tenders.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and customer outcomes.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Delivery, Project Management and Technical teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer requirements, technical feasibility and solution cost.
• Experience in a System Integrator, Managed Services, IT Consulting or Technology Services environment will be highly advantageous.
