Job summary

Eames Consulting seeks a highly skilled Presales Solutions Architect to design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions and drive technical engagements with enterprise clients. You will bridge business needs and technology, partnering with sales teams and vendors to deliver turn-key offerings.

In this role, you will lead solution design, bid management, client engagement, PoC initiatives, and align sales strategies with technology roadmaps while staying ahead of security and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in IT infrastructure, solution architecture, or presales.
• Certifications: Professional industry certifications are highly advantageous (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, ITIL, PMP, Microsoft MCSE/MCSD equivalents, VMware VCP).

• Solution Design & Architecture: Architect and design comprehensive, turn-key enterprise IT solutions with cross-functional SMEs.
• Technical Presales & Bid Management: Lead the technical response strategy for RFIs, RFPs, and tenders and draft compelling proposals.
• Client & Vendor Engagement: Cultivate and manage trusted relationships with strategic customers and technology partners.
• Presentations & Demonstrations: Lead deep-dive technical discussions and execute PoC initiatives to validate solutions.
• Sales Strategy Alignment: Partner with Sales to develop winning solution strategies and go-to-market approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Architect and design comprehensive, turn-key enterprise IT solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional technical subject matter experts to integrate multi-platform, multi-vendor technologies into cohesive offerings.
• Technical Presales & Bid Management: Lead the technical response strategy for RFIs, RFPs, and tenders. Draft compelling technical proposals that not only meet requirements but offer proactive insights to optimize the customer’s current systems.
• Client & Vendor Engagement: Cultivate and manage trusted relationships with strategic customers and key technology partners/vendors across all stakeholder levels.
• Presentations & Demonstrations: Lead deep-dive technical discussions, deliver engaging presentations, and successfully execute Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate proposed solutions.
• Sales Strategy Alignment: Partner seamlessly with the Sales team to develop winning solution strategies and go-to-market approaches.

• Certifications: Professional industry certifications are highly advantageous (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, ITIL, PMP, Microsoft [MCSE/MCSD equivalents], VMware [VCP], etc.).
