Job summary

EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an Azure AI Solution Architect to shape enterprise AI strategy for Japanese clients. You will design and deploy scalable Azure-based architectures and lead cloud transformations from strategy through production adoption.

You will run technical discovery sessions, produce architecture specifications, and validate concepts with PoCs, while communicating trade-offs to C‑level stakeholders in English and Japanese.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture within Microsoft Azure.
• Deep understanding of modern AI systems, frontier LLMs, ML Ops, and enterprise data workflows.
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate technical trade‑offs to C‑level stakeholders.
• Business‑level fluency in English and Japanese (to liaise with Japanese Clients in Japan).
