Job summary

Educare Human Capital is seeking an Azure AI Solution Architect to shape enterprise AI deployments for clients in Japan. You will design and deploy scalable AI solutions on the Azure platform, leading discovery sessions and crafting architecture specs to cover models, data pipelines, identity, security, and governance.

You will communicate trade-offs to C-level stakeholders and validate critical assumptions through hands-on PoCs, leveraging deep Azure expertise and AI know-how.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud-architecture experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, LLMs, and MLOps.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to C-level stakeholders.
• Business-level fluency in English and Japanese.

Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• Executive presence with theability to communicate technical trade-offs to C-level stakeholders.
• Business-level fluency inEnglish and Japanese.
