Job summary

EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Azure AI Solution Architect to drive enterprise AI innovation for Japan-based clients. You will design and implement scalable AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, lead end-to-end cloud transformation initiatives, and guide projects from assessment to production deployment.

The role requires deep Azure expertise, experience with LLMs and MLOps, and strong communication with C-level stakeholders in both English and Japanese.

Azure AI Solution Architect

The Opportunity

Drive enterprise AI innovation by designing and implementing advanced AI solutions for leading enterprise clients in Japan. You will lead end-to-end AI and cloud transformation initiatives, guiding projects from initial technical assessment to successful production deployment.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions using the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.


• Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify enterprise AI opportunities and align solutions with measurable business objectives.


• Develop architecture specifications covering AI models, data pipelines, identity management, security and governance.


• Serve as the technical lead, validating architecture and solution feasibility through hands-on Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure.


• Solid understanding of modern AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps and enterprise data workflows.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to C-level executives.


• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese to communicate effectively with enterprise clients in Japan.
