Job summary
PhoenixAI in Singapore seeks a Solutions Architect to guide prospects through technical evaluations of the Agentic Database, deliver demos, and architect tailored AI-native solutions that win deals and ensure successful onboarding.
You will partner with sales, own post-sale adoption, monitor health, and advocate for customers, presenting capabilities like vectorized queries and lakehouse analytics in compelling PoCs and customer-focused webinars.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in post-sales and/or pre-sales in data analytics, database, or cloud infra.
- Hands-on experience with OLAP workloads, query optimization and data modeling.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Familiar with AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Strong communication and storytelling for execs.
- Sales and customer success mindset with track record of technical wins.
- Bonus points for BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Experience with streaming systems like Kafka or Redpanda.
Responsibilities
- Be the ongoing technical contact post-sale to ensure value realization.
- Guide onboarding and deployment in production.
- Drive product adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
- Build long-term customer relationships with technical stakeholders.
- Monitor technical health and propose architecture improvements.
- Demonstrate capabilities via presentations, demos, and PoCs.
- Support PoC design and execution as needed.
- Collaborate with sales to align tech discussions with business goals.
- Contribute to webinars, booths, and blogs to boost visibility.
