Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior AI Solution Architect to drive the company’s AI enabling agenda. You will lead the AI R&D team, anchor presales, and architect GenAI/LLM solutions integrated with web/mobile stacks, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective deployments.

Responsibilities include defining AI roadmaps, delivering production-grade architectures, and guiding teams through implementation while complying with PDPA and public-sector standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT industry experience with 3+ years in architecting/delivering AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions and using AI coding agents such as Claude Code.
• Experience leading a technical or R&D team.

Responsibilities

• Define AI technology roadmap and reference architectures across business units.
• Lead AI R&D, prioritize experiments, translate results into deliverables.
• Anchor AI presales with solution concepts, estimates, PoCs, demos, tender responses.
• Drive delivery of AI projects from concept to production with quality and compliance.
• Design end-to-end AI-enabled architectures including GenAI/LLM apps and automation.
• Evaluate platforms/models (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI) balancing cost and security.
• Establish responsible-AI and data governance practices including PDPA compliance.
• Guide delivery teams on AI architecture patterns and best practices.
