Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable Salesforce-driven digital platforms. You will partner with stakeholders, engineering teams, and agencies to architect enterprise-grade solutions and provide governance across complex digital transformations.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce architecture expertise, leading technical design, and guiding development teams to ensure alignment with business goals and scalable, secure delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Salesforce experience with solution architecture exposure.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and platform design.
• Strong experience with API integrations, enterprise architecture patterns, and large-scale CRM implementations.
• Ability to independently drive solutioning discussions and prioritize functional and technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder communication and structured problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce and integrated enterprise platforms.
• Lead technical design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design secure integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Provide architecture guidance across Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, OmniStudio, integrations, and platform scalability.
• Drive best practices across security, governance, performance optimization, and reusable architecture patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
• Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation approaches across delivery teams.
• Support solution documentation, architecture governance, troubleshooting, and platform modernization initiatives.

Role Overview:

• Lead technical design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable architecture solutions
• Design secure integrations with external systems and platforms using APIs and middleware
• Provide architecture guidance across Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, OmniStudio, integrations, and platform scalability
• Drive best practices across security, governance, performance optimization, and reusable architecture patterns

Required Skills & Experience:
