Job summary

Ampstek is seeking a Solutions Architect with Salesforce to own the end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture for Tele-Sales solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.

The role designs CTI integrations with telephony platforms, leads architecture reviews, and partners with stakeholders to define roadmaps, governance, and deployment strategies while following Salesforce best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture.
• Lead CTI integrations with telephony platforms.
• Strong governance and architecture review experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture for Tele-Sales solutions.
• Design and govern CTI integrations with telephony platforms, including click-to-dial, screen pop, call recording, omnichannel interactions, and agent desktop capabilities.
• Provide architectural leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, integrations, data migration, reporting, automation, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and enterprise architects to define solution roadmaps and architecture standards.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, solution estimation, risk management, and deployment strategy while ensuring adherence to Salesforce and industry best practices.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and customer engagement processes.
