• End-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture design and governance.
• Experience designing and governing CTI integrations with telephony platforms.
• Strong experience with Salesforce APIs and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture for Tele-Sales solutions.
• Design and govern CTI integrations with telephony platforms (click-to-dial, screen pop, call recording, omnichannel interactions).
• Provide architectural leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, data migration, reporting, automation, and system connectivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and architects to define roadmaps and standards.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance, risk management, and deployment strategy.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and customer engagement processes.

• Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, solution estimation, risk management, and deployment strategy while ensuring adherence to Salesforce and industry best practices.
