Job summary

TRINITY CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect/Technical Lead in Singapore to design and drive large-scale Salesforce programs.

With 7–10 years hands-on experience, you will lead squads, shape architecture, and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives in regulated environments. You will own Service Cloud capabilities, OmniStudio, REST integrations, and security models, while translating technical concepts for stakeholders and guiding teams to meet

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including architect or technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud (case management, omni‑channel, knowledge, entitlements).
• Hands-on with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or regulated Salesforce implementations.
• Proven OmniStudio expertise (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, IntegrationProcedures).
• Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and platform architecture (security, governor limits, sharing).
• Experience designing and delivering system integrations (REST, middleware, identity/SSO provisioning).
• Track record of leading squads/teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex Salesforce programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
