Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise‑scale digital transformation using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions. You will design, architect, and deliver scalable cloud solutions for licensing, regulatory, and citizen‑centric government services.

You will drive architecture, define HLD/LLD, and ensure secure, high‑performing integrations with government platforms, mentoring junior staff and aligning stakeholders across internal units

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture or technical consulting experience, with Salesforce expertise.
• 3+ years as Lead/Senior Architect driving digital transformation in public sector.
• Direct experience implementing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Experience optimizing complex business processes via technology.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall in government contexts.
• Strong knowledge of integration tech (MuleSoft, APIM), SSO/OAuth, and MDM.
• Proven ability to design front-end and back-end architectures and CI/CD workflows.
• Clear communicator capable of presenting to executives and developers.
• Self-starter with interest in emerging cloud tech.
• Bachelor degree in a related technical field.

• Mentor junior resources and share reusable architectural patterns.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise‑scale digital transformation initiatives using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS). The successful candidate will serve as the technical authority responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high‑performing cloud solutions for licensing, regulatory, and citizen‑centric government services. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, government platform integration, enterprise application design, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall enterprise architecture, application architecture, data architecture, and integration architecture for Salesforce Public Sector Cloud implementations.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and government technology standards.
• Produce High‑Level Design (HLD), Low‑Level Design (LLD), Solution Architecture, and Technical Design documentation.
• Drive the creation of High‑Level and Low‑Level Application Architecture documents.
• Hands‑on development and champion the use of out‑of‑the‑box PSS capabilities (e.g., Omni Studio/Omni script, Business Rules Engine) to minimize technical debt.
• Architect secure, high‑performing integration patterns leveraging middleware tools to connect Salesforce with critical WOG platforms (e.g., Sing pass , Corp pass, My info, Gov Wallet) and internal data hubs.
• Proactively identify architectural bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, or scalability issues. Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical implementation blockers and commit to complete resolution.
• Negotiate technical solutions and align expectations across internal business units, external industry partners, and third‑party system integrators.
• Lead internal strategic initiatives to mature Salesforce capability. Mentor and up‑skill junior technical resources and developers, establishing a repository of reusable architectural patterns and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture or technical consulting experience, with a proven track record of architecting large‑scale Salesforce solutions.
• 3+ years acting as a Lead/Senior Architect driving digital transformation initiatives within a matrixed or public sector organization.
• Direct experience implementing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) for government workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize and automate complex business processes (e.g., application processing, compliance inspections, fee collections) via technology.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies in a government context.
• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture concepts including integration technologies (MuleSoft, APIM), Single Sign‑On(SSO/OAuth), and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Proven experience designing front‑end and back‑end architectures, environment management strategies, and automated CI/CD release management workflows.
• Polished communicator and presenter capable of defending architectural decisions and evangelizing technical best practices to both C‑level executives and developer teams.
• Self‑starter who thrives on studying emerging technologies and pushing the boundaries of existing cloud capabilities.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
