Job summary

JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to drive pre-sales for IT infra, cloud and AIDC projects.

You will design compelling proposals, present to C-level stakeholders, and coordinate internal teams and partners to ensure delivery on cost, timeline and quality. Responsibilities include managing POC testing, optimizing solutions, and validating technical viability against business objectives, while tracking industry trends to keep offerings competitive and aligned with GTM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent fields.
• 5+ years in IT Infra, cloud or AIDC pre-sales and solution architecture with hands-on RFIs/RFPs.
• Knowledge of IT infra and cloud; AIDC hardware familiarity is a plus.
• Big Data, AI, and digital transformation awareness.
• TOGAF, PMP, ITIL certifications are advantageous.
• Team spirit, quick learning and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre-sales solution design, proposal, and contractual SOWs for IT infra, Cloud and AIDC solutions and services.
• Create and present solution and service design to clients’ C-level and senior leaders.
• Lead internal teams and external partners to ensure the commitment in cost, timeline, and quality.
• Manage POC testing, solution optimization, and technical verification to meet customers' business objectives.
• Understand industry trend and market needs to develop and implement company's solutions and service offerings.
• Continuously update product, solution and service offerings, and work with marketing and business development teams to define and execute Go-to-Market strategies.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions in the assigned markets.
• Develop and test demos of company's solutions and services as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infra, cloud or AIDC pre-sales and solution architecture, with hands-on experience in developing technical proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infra, public and private cloud; familiarity with AIDC hardware architectures and computing platform is a plus.
• General knowledge in Big Data, AI, and digital transformation.
• Cloud Solution Architect, TOGAF, PMP, and ITIL certifications are highly advantageous.
• Must have a good team spirit, strong learning ability, and a customer‑centric mindset.
