Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior ICT solutions architect to lead bid teams, align with presales, practice SMEs, and partners to propose end-to-end ICT solutions that meet customer requirements. You will drive solution governance, coordinate risk and proposal deliverables, and stay ahead of technology trends such as automation, AI, and service management.

• Education: Degree or higher.
• Experience: 7–10 years.
• Certification: Suitable infrastructure solutions components.
• Security clearance: CAT1 required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and facilitate solution team in proposing end-to-end ICT solutions for successful bids.
• Work closely with technical practice teams on technologies required by customers and for new business growth.
• Coordinate and support solution deliverables subjected to internal governance and review processes.
• Keep abreast of key technology trends and introduce innovative solutions to customers.
• During delivery phase, support technical team and partners to deliver end-to-end integrated solution architecture and resolve architectural gaps.
• Provide technical leadership and align objectives, teamwork and quality deliverables.

Job Description

1. Provide support and facilitate solution team comprising of technical presales, competency / practice towers subject-matter-expert (SME), product principal, and solution partners in proposing innovative end-to-end ICT solutions that meet customer requirements in a cost-effective outcome, resulting in successful bids / sales.
2. Work closely with the technical practice / competencies team on relevant technologies and solutions that are required by customers and for new business growth (e.g. Automation, CI/CD, Compute, Storage, Hyperscaler, AI, Service Management, Operations Documentation etc.
3. Coordinate and support solution deliverables (e.g. risk and proposal) that are subjected to internal solution governance and review processes.
4. Keep abreast of key technology trends and introduce innovative solutions to customers that enhance user experience, organisational efficiency, ICT service reliability, availability and operational excellence.
5. During delivery phase, support technical team, competency SME / architects and partners in delivering end-to-end integrated solution architecture based on proposed solution; and resolve any arising architectural issues or gaps.
6. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and inspire project team to achieve success through alignment of strategic objectives, teamwork, quality deliverables with an independent and objective point of view.

Qualifications

3. Certification: Suitable infrastructure solutions components
4. Able to clear required Security Clearance based on Customer needs such as CAT1.
