Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an AI Agent Factory Solutions Architect to design and implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

The role focuses on building enterprise copilots, integrating knowledge sources and business apps, and ensuring secure, scalable deployments. Responsibilities include configuring Copilot Studio, building workflows with Power Automate and APIs, integrating with Dynamics, SAP, ServiceNow, and implementing CI/CD, monitoring, and security controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Automate, custom connectors, APIs and HTTP actions.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search including hybrid/vector retrieval and RAG concepts.
• Experience with Power Platform Solutions and ALM/CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, DLP policies and Power Platform security.
• Experience working with Dataverse and enterprise app integrations.
• Good problem-solving, debugging and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop agent workflows using Power Automate, HTTP actions and APIs.
• Integrate copilots with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics, SAP and ServiceNow.
• Design multi-step agent workflows, including task decomposition, error handling and fallback strategies.
• Package and deploy Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions across development, testing and production environments.
• Support CI/CD using Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Configure environment variables, connection references and Dataverse dependencies.
• Integrate Azure AI Search for hybrid and vector-based retrieval and enterprise RAG use cases.
• Support security, DLP, data residency and authentication requirements using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implement monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Work with architects, governance teams and other stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience developing solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Automate, custom connectors, APIs and HTTP actions.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search, including hybrid/vector retrieval and RAG concepts.
• Experience with Power Platform Solutions and ALM/CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, DLP policies and Power Platform security.
• Experience working with Dataverse and enterprise application integrations.
• Good problem-solving, debugging and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and enterprise AI governance.
• Experience with Agent Factory or similar AI operationalization frameworks.
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI or related technologies.
