Job summary

CopilotStudio Development seeks experts to design, build, and deploy enterprise copilots across multiple channels. You will implement workflows using Power Automate and custom APIs, connect to Dynamics, SAP, and ServiceNow, and ensure secure, compliant deployments.

Responsibilities include packaging into Power Platform Solutions, configuring CI/CD with pipelines, and managing environment variables and connections. Strong governance, observability, and unified authentication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field and relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure custom copilots, including topics, tools, and knowledge sources.
• Implement agent workflows using Power Automate, HTTP actions, and custom APIs.
• Integrate connectors with enterprise systems such as Dynamics, SAP, and ServiceNow.
• Enable multichannel deployment of copilots.
• Apply orchestration patterns including task decomposition, multi-step execution, fallback strategies, and error handling.
• Design intelligent agent flows for complex enterprise use cases.
• Package copilots and Power Platform flows into Power Platform Solutions for development, testing, and production environments.
• Implement CI/CD using Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
• Manage environment variables, connection references, and Dataverse dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with data residency, DLP policies, and secure API authentication using Entra ID.
• Support governance and compliance standards across environments.
• Implement observability and monitoring practices aligned with enterprise standards.
