Job summary

Capgemini Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Microsoft Solution Architect to lead the design, governance and delivery of enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

You will bridge business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives across multiple teams. You will bring expertise in solution architecture, agile delivery and stakeholder management, with exposure to financial services domains such as Loans, AML and KYC.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio and AI-powered workflow automation capabilities.
• Understanding of solution architecture principles, integration patterns and enterprise technology landscapes.
• Experience leading Agile delivery teams and coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience managing risks, issues, governance processes and escalations.
• Knowledge of business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience within financial services, banking or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of business domains such as Loans, AML, KYC, Compliance or related operational processes.
• Experience working with distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Technology Leadership

• Lead the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Align business requirements with technology capabilities and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures.
• Provide architecture guidance and technical leadership across delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimisation, and operational efficiency improvements through Power Platform capabilities.

Stakeholder Management & Business Engagement

• Act as the primary point of engagement between business and technology stakeholders.

• Facilitate discussions to drive decision‑making, manage dependencies, and resolve challenges.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and delivery outcomes to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

Agile Delivery & Governance

• Lead and support Agile delivery across multiple squads and distributed teams.
• Drive backlog prioritisation and ensure delivery activities remain aligned to business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and governance activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.

Business Transformation & Change Management

• Support organisational change initiatives related to platform adoption, automation, and process transformation.
• Provide guidance on change management, user adoption and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovative use of Microsoft technologies and emerging capabilities.
