We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions, AI-powered copilots, and enterprise business applications using the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AI technologies, with experience building enterprise-grade integrations and Generative AI solutions. The role requires a combination of low-code/no-code development, software engineering, API integration, and AI application development skills.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Copilot Studio Development
- Design, develop, extend, and maintain intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Configure and optimize topics, entity extraction, actions, generative answers, and conversational flows.
- Develop custom extensions using Power Automate, APIs, and custom connectors.
- Integrate copilots with enterprise data sources including Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and third-party platforms.
- Implement governance, security, and monitoring best practices for enterprise copilots.
Power Platform Engineering
- Design and develop Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows for business process automation.
- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Design and implement Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, business rules, calculated columns, and security roles.
- Apply Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Manage solution packaging, environment variables, connection references, deployments, and release management.
Enterprise Integrations & Connectors
- Develop and maintain integrations using:
- Microsoft Graph API
- REST APIs
- Azure Functions
- Dataverse
- SharePoint Online
- Custom Connectors
- Third‑party platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems
- Implement secure authentication using OAuth2, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and API security best practices.
- Manage API throttling, monitoring, retry policies, and exception handling.
Generative AI & Prompt Engineering
- Design and optimize prompts, system instructions, and few‑shot examples for LLM‑powered copilots and agents.
- Build AI‑powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI services.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques and responsible AI guardrails.
- Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
- Implement grounding strategies leveraging Dataverse, SharePoint, Graph API, and other enterprise repositories.
Microsoft Graph API Implementations
- Develop Graph‑powered automations and copilots for:
- Microsoft 365 Users & Groups
- Outlook Mail & Calendar
- OneDrive & SharePoint Files
- Microsoft Teams & Channels
- Build intelligent business workflows using Graph API integrations within Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
