Job summary

LTM is seeking a mid-level AI Agent Factory Solutions Architect to design and implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will build copilots that integrate with enterprise knowledge sources, orchestrate multi-step workflows, and connect with Azure AI Search.

You will apply ALM practices, enable secure deployments, and work with connectors to Dynamics, SAP, and ServiceNow, while ensuring governance, security, and observability across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI Search.
• Familiarity with ALM/CI/CD and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure custom copilots and workflows.
• Integrate connectors with enterprise systems (Dynamics, SAP, ServiceNow).
• Implement CI/CD and manage environments for development to production.
• Ensure security, data residency, and governance across deployments.
