Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a talented Solution Architect to design innovative solutions aligned with business goals. With at least 3 years of experience, you will own end-to-end architecture, including agentic AI systems, and ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture.

You will translate requirements into architecture specifications, drive governance, and review solutions throughout the software lifecycle while collaborating across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in architecture design with ARB clearance.
• Experience designing agentic AI systems and multi-agent pipelines.
• Strong cloud-native architecture experience on AWS GCC.
• Expert-level OutSystems experience to lead STREAM integration.
• Delivery oversight through architecture reviews and ARB submissions.
• Experience handling legally sensitive data and regulatory domains.
• Strong data modelling and SQL skills.
• Server-side .NET and/or Java, SOA and web services knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for a talented and driven Solution Architect to join our team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture, including agentic AI architecture, ensuring detailed design and development align with Enterprise Architecture.
• Translate business requirements, including application resiliency requirements, into application architecture specifications.
• Recommend products and solutions in line with Enterprise Architecture and standards.
• Develop architecture blueprints covering business, information, and ICT assets using multiple architectural models.
• Govern and enhance the architecture blueprint to maintain alignment between business and ICT.
• Review source code and solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in architecture design and technical leadership, particularly in system architecture ownership, documentation, and Architecture Review Board (ARB) clearance.
• Experience designing agentic AI systems involving multi-agent pipelines, Bedrock AgentCore, orchestration, MCP Server, RAG knowledge bases, and HITL architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture on AWS GCC, including infrastructure and security components such as VPC, IAM, WOG AD FS, and IM8/GCC compliance.
• Expert-level OutSystems experience to lead STREAM integration.
• Experience providing delivery oversight and governance through solution architecture reviews, technical reviews, sprint reviews, and ARB submissions.
• Experience developing systems that handle legally sensitive and personal data. In-depth understanding of legal operations and the legal domain.
• Strong data modelling and SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of server-side .NET and/or Java development, Service-Oriented Architectures, web services, and public websites/e-services development.
• Strong technical capabilities with the ability to determine appropriate solutions to technical problems.
• Ability to analyse requirements and identify comprehensive solutions while considering all functional implications and developing workable solutions.
• Results and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong organisational and people-handling skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage and pitch to stakeholders.

• Experience working in the legal regulatory domain and engaging with stakeholders.
