We are seeking an experienced Associate Solution Architect (.NET & Azure) to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale, cloud-native solutions built on the Microsoft technology stack. This role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, engineering governance, and hands‑on guidance of development teams. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, UI/UX teams, and client representatives to design secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions. The individual will be responsible for driving architecture decisions, establishing technical standards, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design enterprise-grade application architectures using Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud services.
• Define solution blueprints, architecture standards, and technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Review and approve technical designs, solution approaches, and implementation strategies.
• Establish architectural patterns that support scalability, resiliency, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical governance activities, and design assurance processes.
• Drive application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Design mission‑critical and highly available systems.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture principles where appropriate.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across multiple development teams.

• Promote best practices, engineering standards, and sound architectural decision‑making.
