Job summary

Radixeng, an international group of consultants, seeks a Solutions Architect in Singapore to drive engineering solutions from concept to delivery. You will act as technical authority, lead architecture reviews, and shape cloud and data platform strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with strong focus on .NET, Python, React, and modern data technologies.

You will mentor engineers, promote best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure solutions that meet business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE/CE or related field.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication.
• Experience delivering software solutions for industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience building strategic, consultative relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong technical expertise within your domain with the ability to apply engineering knowledge creatively.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, relational databases, source control, and Agile practices.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Azure or AWS with DevOps.
• Experience frontend development using React and/or Angular.
• Experience backend development using Python, Node.js, and/or C# (.NET).
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Cognite Data Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct internal code reviews to ensure technical excellence, maintainability, security, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Develop technical proposals to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and commercially viable.
• Deliver value to clients by driving technical excellence, meeting project expectations, and ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality.
• Foster knowledge sharing by leading training sessions, architecture discussions, and lessons-learned workshops.
• Demonstrate strong technical leadership by delegating, mentoring engineers, and acting as a trusted advisor across domains.
• Define and maintain architecture standards for backend (.NET/Python) and frontend (React) technologies.
• Define cloud architecture and governance strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP; select appropriate services.
• Collaborate with leads and stakeholders to remove roadblocks and support business outcomes.
• Support engineering practices by maintaining technical standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Promote innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and mentoring talent.
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities related to your technical expertise.

As a Solutions Architect, you will:

• Serve as the technical authority within your area of expertise, contributing directly to the quality and success of software solutions.
• Lead and conduct internal code reviews to ensure technical excellence, maintainability, security, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Actively participate in the development of technical proposals, ensuring the proposed solutions are technically sound, scalable, and commercially viable.
• Deliver exceptional value to clients by driving technical excellence, meeting project expectations, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Foster knowledge sharing by leading technical training sessions, architecture discussions, and lessons‑learned workshops, supporting the continuous development of engineering teams.
• Demonstrate strong technical leadership by delegating effectively, mentoring engineers, and acting as a trusted advisor across multiple technology domains.
• Define and maintain application architecture standards for both backend technologies (primarily .NET and Python) and frontend frameworks (primarily React), promoting software engineering best practices.
• Define cloud architecture and governance strategies across major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP), selecting the most appropriate PaaS and IaaS services for different workloads.
• Partner with Technical Leads, Engineering Managers, and business stakeholders to remove technical roadblocks, drive architectural improvements, and support business and product outcomes.
• Support the organization's engineering practices by developing and maintaining technical standards, procedures, documentation, and knowledge repositories that are easily accessible to engineering teams.
• Promote innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies, while mentoring less experienced professionals and supporting talent development and retention.
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities related to your technical expertise.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
