Job summary

SimplifyNext seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure technology solutions for complex clients, especially in public sector engagements. You’ll bridge business needs with technical execution, leading cross-disciplinary teams and shaping architectural strategy.

In this role you’ll guide pre-sales and delivery, oversee cloud and data architecture across apps and infrastructure, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive impactful, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with strong solution architecture background.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectures.
• Experience with full-stack concepts and system integration.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions with stakeholders and clients.
• Strong focus on security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with public sector projects and procurement processes.

About the Role

We areseekingan experienced and strategic Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, working closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients. Especially within the public sector, toarchitectend-to-end solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure layers
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product teams, and engineering teams
• Lead technical solutioning during pre-sales and delivery phases
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and best practices
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and cloud teams
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools
• Drive integration strategies across multiple systems and platforms
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (especially for public sector projects)
• Support bid responses, proposals, and client presentations whererequired

WhatYou’llBring:

• Minimum10 years of experiencein IT, with significant exposure to solution architecture
• Strong understanding ofcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems)
• Experience withfull-stack development conceptsand system integration
• Ability to work acrossinfrastructure, application, and data architectures
• Strong knowledge ofsecurity, scalability, and performance optimization
• Experience working withpublic sector clients(highly preferred)
• Familiarity with government compliance standards and procurement processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting environments
