Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials Engineering or related field.
• Entry level and up to 2 years of experience encouraged to apply.
• Experience or coursework in solar PV, reliability, failure analysis, or data analysis is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process field claims from intake to closure through technical investigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide engineering insights through technical reports and presentations.
• Support field visits, audits, and site investigations as needed.
