Job summary

REC Solar Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a quality engineering professional to execute the quality assurance role with solid technical rationale. The incumbent will manage supplier quality, implement QA planning, and maintain the quality management system in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar.
• Experience with QMS and ISO 9001 audits in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience using quality tools for problem solving (GR&R, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Entry level candidates with strong technical and analytical interests will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Qualify new materials/suppliers and manage incoming quality.
• Drive supplier quality through audits and ratings for continual improvement.
• Develop and implement quality control plans for production.
• Monitor quality indicators (SPC, yield, defect rates) to drive process improvements.
• Lead internal/audits and support third-party certifications.
