Job summary

NEXUS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Admin Assistant to support solar panel and air-con installation projects in Kallang.

You will oversee daily progress, dispatch technicians, and ensure on-time execution while handling regulatory filings and permits. Responsibilities include coordinating with sub-contractors and vendors, assisting with testing and handovers, and managing material procurement with Excel tools (vlookup, pivot tables).

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in any technical field.
• Independent, proactive and positive attitude.
• To provide operations support on need basis when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily installation progress and schedule technicians.
• Handle regulatory submissions for grid connections and permits.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and scaffolders.
• Assist engineers in testing and commissioning and document handovers.
• Procure materials and manage stock and delivery logistics, using Excel tools.
