Job summary

Nexus Management Services is hiring an Admin Assistant to support solar panel and air-con installation projects in Singapore. You will coordinate scheduling, site access and deliveries, while handling essential permits and compliance tasks and maintaining client records.

The role also involves procurement of equipment, invoicing, order tracking and assisting management with reporting and administrative duties in a dynamic field crew environment.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level is required.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and data linkage.
• MS PowerPoint graph/slides for management reports.
• Independent and proactive attitude; provide operations support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling: Dispatch technicians, arrange site access and coordinate routes.
• Permits & Compliance: Submit EMA grid applications, LEI sign-offs, WAH/Hot Work permits, BCA documents.
