Job summary

NEXON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Engineer to lead infrastructure and solar energy projects in Singapore. The role requires hands-on management of design, installation, and commissioning, with a valid electrical license and a minimum of 2 years in similar projects.

You will plan, coordinate, and monitor site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory adherence while collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of infrastructure and/or solar EPC project experience.
• Valid Electrical License (LEW).
• Experience with solar PV systems (on-grid/off-grid) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and permit processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and relevant electrical design software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure and solar power projects from start to finish.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (LV/MV).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams on site.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Support project tenders, proposals, and BOQs preparation.
