Job summary

Sembcorp is seeking an Asset and Process Optimisation Engineer (Renewable Energy) based in Toa Payoh, Singapore. The role focuses on strengthening reliability, scalability and efficiency of solar O&M activities, via process optimisation, digital workflows and data analytics.

You will translate operational needs into practical workflows, dashboards and improvement initiatives while supporting safe, timely, high-quality maintenance delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Process Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations and maintenance, asset management, process improvement, digital transformation or related environment.
• Experience in the solar, renewable-energy or technical-services sector is preferred.
• Experience working with outsourced contractors, maintenance planning or operational work-management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• O&M process optimisation and outsourcing: implement and improve outsourced O&M processes and maintenance workflows.
• Digital systems, automation and data governance: support enhancement, testing, rollout, retraining and data quality improvements for O&M modules.
• Dashboards, analytics and AI enablement: develop dashboards and data models to track contractor performance, work rates and alarm trends; explore AI-enabled tools.
