Job summary

Sembcorp in Singapore is seeking an O&M Assistant Manager to lead the safe, reliable operation of a portfolio of solar assets, including rooftop, utility-scale and floating PV systems with BESS where applicable. You will manage multi-site teams, contractors and ensure HSSE compliance while driving performance improvements.

The role requires strong electrical/solar knowledge, customer engagement, and disciplined management of sites and service providers to meet asset performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day O&M activities across the portfolio in Singapore.
• Ensure plant availability and KPI targets are met.
• Oversee remote monitoring and SCADA alarm management.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns and maintenance activities.
• Lead safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop maintenance plans and spares strategy.
