Job summary
SEMBCORP SOLAR SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an O&M Assets & Process Engineer to enhance reliability, scalability and efficiency of solar O&M activities.
The role focuses on process optimisation, outsourced contractor governance, digital workflow development and data analytics to deliver timely, high-quality maintenance. You will translate operational needs into practical workflows, dashboards and improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams, HSSE and system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Process Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations and maintenance, asset management, process improvement or related environment.
- Experience in solar, renewable-energy or technical-services sector is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement and continuously improve outsourced O&M operating processes and maintenance workflows.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end automated workflows for work assignment, permits and site safety requirements, work progress, completion documentation, technical verification, warranty administration and payment processing.
- Coordinate system onboarding and training for internal O&M personnel and external service providers.
- Support enhancement, user acceptance testing, rollout and retraining for O&M digital modules, including preventive maintenance, master data, notifications, work orders and data extraction.
- Improve master-data quality and support automated onboarding of new sites into digital O&M systems.
