Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in solar PV, electrical systems or industrial operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-site O&M activities, internal teams, contractors and customer-facing service contracts.
• Good working knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, SCADA and grid-connected electrical assets.
• Familiarity with Singapore WSH requirements and local regulatory expectations.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day O&M activities across theSingapore portfolio of solar and energy assets.
• Ensure plant availability, response time and KPIs are monitored and achieved.
• Oversee remote monitoring and SCADA alarm management, including investigation, escalation and closure of faults.
• Review performance ratio, specific yield, losses and degradation trends; implement improvements.
• Lead root-cause analysis for significant failures and coordinate planned shutdowns and restoration.
