Job summary

Sembcorp is seeking an Operational Performance Management Engineer in Singapore to automate data workflows, build reporting pipelines, and support internal digital platforms. The role focuses on renewable asset data, analytics, and dashboarding, with liaison responsibilities between business users and developers.

The ideal candidate will have Python-based automation experience, strong data skills, and exposure to Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, CS, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong data processing, transformation and cleaning skills.
• Experience with Python and SQL for automation and analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Frontend (JavaScript) and backend (Python/JS) coding fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Automate data extraction, cleaning, transformation, reporting and dashboarding for renewable asset data.
• Troubleshoot data availability and reporting discrepancies; ensure output accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, business logic and processes.
• Collaborate with O&M, Engineering, and Digital teams to turn data into insights.
• Support platform administration and user onboarding for internal apps.
