Sembcorp is seeking a proactive Solar O&M Senior Engineer to lead daily planning, coordinate maintenance work orders, and ensure efficient operation of solar assets in Singapore.

Based in Toa Payoh, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement through Kaizen and Lean projects. This is a 1-year contract offering hands-on exposure to diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
• Min 2 years in solar, electrical maintenance, facilities maintenance, work planning, or service coordination.
• Training in maintenance planning, work order management or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Training in Lean, Kaizen or process improvement methodologies preferred.
• Familiarity with workplace safety requirements and site safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage work orders for daily O&M activities, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain tracking system for site clearance requirements and work order closures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on maintenance progress.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Lean projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
