Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Singapore is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of our customer support experience. You will craft test charters, author scenarios, and execute functional, performance, and stability testing across web and mobile apps.

You will design automation frameworks using Python/Java, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and perform first-level root cause analysis while collaborating with product and engineering teams to maintain high quality

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software quality assurance testing.
• Experience as a team lead preferred.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining test frameworks with RestAssured or Selenium.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent functionality, performance, and stability of the company's customer support applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, performance, and stability testing.
• Implement scalable automation strategies and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, report, and perform first-level root cause analysis for defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Craft testing charters, write scenarios and plans based on features.
• Drive quality throughout the development lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
