Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in computer science or related field; hands-on software engineering experience.
• 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience, with full-stack focus.
• Product engineering in Agile environments; translating user needs into software.
• End-to-end delivery ownership from design to production monitoring.
• Strong frontend experience with React/Next.js; backend with C#/.NET or Java.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL, API integrations, and secure coding practices.
• Cloud and DevOps experience, preferably Azure; CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-native applications and services.
• Build frontend, backend, and API components for digital products.
• Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in product discovery, experimentation, and iterative delivery.
• Maintain high code quality, performance, security, and reliability.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability.
• Apply DevOps and SRE principles; reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers across the lifecycle.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities where appropriate; evaluate new tech.
• Contribute to reusable platforms, components, and design patterns.
