Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Singapore is seeking a Software QA Engineer (Automation) to join their IT team in MacPherson. The role focuses on designing and maintaining automated test suites for web, API, and mobile platforms.

You will work closely with Product, Development, and UX teams to define acceptance criteria, integrate tests into CI/CD, and ensure accessibility and security standards are met. Prior automation framework experience required.

Qualifications

Diploma in CS/SE/IT or related field.
Minimum 3 years of software QA or automation testing.
Experience building/maintaining automation frameworks.
Experience with WCAG accessibility and tools like Axe-core, LambdaTest, TestMu AI.
Proficient in API testing with Postman/Newman/REST Assured.
CI/CD experience with GitLab CI/Jenkins; version control with Git.
Cross-browser testing and cloud testing platforms experience.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain test plans, manual and automated test cases and scripts across complex user workflows.
Architect and maintain automated test suites for web, API, and mobile; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with Product, Development, and UX/UI to define verifiable acceptance criteria and refine requirements.
Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing across environments.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and regulatory standards are met.
Log and track bugs; give actionable feedback; participate in QA reviews.
Contribute to defining and refining QA methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
