You will mentor peers, lead quality initiatives, and monitor metrics to drive continuous improvement while delivering reliable software solutions to international clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated functional testing and API integration testing.
• Manual testing with basic API performance and stress testing knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Node.js.
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide technical leadership.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Advanced to fluent English for global communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated tests (functional and integration) to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects while partnering with development to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through peer reviews, feedback, and quality metrics analysis.
• Generate, monitor, and analyze testing and code quality metrics to improve reliability.
• Serve as a technical reference for software quality, mentoring team members and delivering guidance.
• Provide technical leadership by owning critical quality initiatives and ensuring continuity of testing.
