Michael Page International is seeking a Software Lead to steer and grow a high-performing development team in Singapore. You will oversee the full SDLC, from planning to deployment, ensuring delivery of scalable and robust software solutions.

You will mentor engineers, align technical direction with business needs, and drive continuous improvement across projects. The ideal candidate has around 5 years in software development and team management, with strong expertise in TypeScript, C#, or Java,

Qualifications

• 5 years of software development and team management experience.
• Strong programming language proficiency in TypeScript, C# or Java.
