Ethos BeathChapman is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer in Singapore to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software while guiding architecture and engineering excellence. You will stay hands-on with code and drive technical decisions across multiple projects and teams.

The role emphasizes scalable design, security, and collaboration with product, design, QA, and infrastructure. You will mentor peers and promote DevOps, CI/CD, and modern tooling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading technical initiatives, teams, or workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and solution design.
• Expertise in Java, C#, TypeScript, React/Angular/Next.js.
• Relational databases: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle.
• APIs, microservices, Agile, DevOps, and secure development.

What We're Looking For

You will ideally have:

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Experience leading technical initiatives, teams, modules, or workstreams
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and solution design
• Expertise in technologies such as Java, C#, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, Agile delivery, DevOps, and secure development practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
