Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency with Maven, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL performance optimisation.
• Proficiency with Linux and Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance applications using Java and modern cloud-native technologies.
• Drive technical decision-making and guide system design, coding standards, development practices, and engineering quality.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, clients, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, maintainability, and performance standards.

Requirement:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in Java.
• Deep proficiency inSpring Boot and the Spring Framework ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with build and dependency management tools such asMaven.
• Strong knowledge ofJUnit, Mockito, and modern software testing practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Solid understanding ofSQL, relational databases (RDBMS), and PostgreSQL, including database design and performance optimisation.
• Proficiency withGit/GitHuband collaborative software development workflows.
• Hands-on experience withDockercontainerisation and deployment.
• StrongLinux administrationand shell scripting skills.
• Working knowledge ofPythonfor scripting and automation.
• Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring developers and leading technical teams.
