Job summary

Ambition is seeking a senior software engineer to lead the development and delivery of features across full-stack systems. You will drive design decisions, build scalable APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on software development with 3+ years leading teams, strong knowledge of modern stacks (TypeScript, Java, C#), and experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Cloud exposure and IaC are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience, with 3+ years leading software teams or workstreams.
• Experience with modern tech: TypeScript (Angular/React/Next.js), Java, C#, or similar.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, REST APIs, microservices, secure coding, and DevOps.
• Experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Hands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, IaC, and DevSecOps is advantageous.

Responsibilities
