Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years leading teams or workstreams.
• Strong expertise in modern development technologies such as Angular, React, Next.js, C#, or Java.
• Experience designing APIs, microservices, and scalable enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Git, automated testing, and cloud-native development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of software solutions within Agile product teams.
• Drive architecture discussions and solution design reviews; mentor engineers.
• Identify technical risks and enable successful project delivery.
• Develop front-end and back-end components, APIs, and scalable services.
• Champion code quality, secure coding practices, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, Designers, and Architects to achieve business outcomes.
• Continuously improve engineering practices, team capability, and solution maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of software solutions within Agile product teams.
• Drive technical discussions, architecture implementation decisions, and solution design reviews.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers across the team.
• Identify technical risks, recommend practical solutions, and support successful project delivery.

Software Engineering & Quality

• Design and develop front‑end applications, backend services, APIs, and scalable software solutions.
• Champion code quality through reviews, secure coding practices, testing, and engineering standards.
• Establish and maintain automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and support complex technical issues across the development lifecycle.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Designers, Architects, and stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and release activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in software development practices, team capability, and solution maintainability.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, quality, and engineering excellence.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years leading teams, projects, or technical workstreams.
• Strong expertise in one or more modern development technologies, such as Type , Angular, React, Next.js, C#, or Java.
• Experience designing and building APIs, microservices, and scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Hands‑on experience with Git, automated testing, and cloud‑native development practices.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevSecOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern software architecture patterns.
