Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to hire, lead, and mentor a team of software engineering managers. You will partner with Product and UX leaders to shape long-term roadmaps and drive engineering strategy across a diverse product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years of experience leading a team of developers.
• Experience with backend and frontend stacks (e.g., Java, Python, Golang, NodeJS; ReactJS/TypeScript/NextJS).
• Experience in tech product companies preferred.
• Strong in engineering practices, system design, 0 to 1, and stakeholder management.
