Job summary

Luxoft Singapore is seeking a production support analyst for treasury applications in a 24/7 shift pattern. You will handle L1/L2 production support, monitor services, and resolve issues in the production treasury environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring online trade booking applications, troubleshooting, and EOD batch support across morning, night and weekend shifts. Java/microservices production support is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in production application support environment.
• Ability to read unix logs for debugging and troubleshooting.
• SQL experience is needed to fetch data
• Experience in providing L1 & L2 application technical and functional support
• Excellent team collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible in working in shift timings and over weekends
