Job summary

Teradyne Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a software engineer to design, implement, and test system software for the IG-XL development environment supporting the UltraFLEX family. You will work on cross‑platform software for digital and analog instruments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/CE/EE and about 2+ years of software development experience, with strong C# and C++ skills, knowledge of OOP, debugging, and collaboration with hardware teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience developing or testing software applications; integration with hardware is a plus.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, software design, and data structures; proficiency in C# and C++.
• Clear written and verbal communication; familiarity with UML is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Git or ClearCase, debugging or profiling tools is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze a system, debug, and work with a team; experience with automated test equipment or hardware is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development, continuous integration, and JIRA is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
