Job summary

CANTAL SWITCHGEAR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced multi-stack programmer to maintain, develop, and support our core ERP system, legacy platforms, automation tools, and CAD/DXF workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD platforms and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with YOLO or document detection is a plus.
• Ability to learn legacy systems quickly and work across stacks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize SMILE ERP system (Access/PostgreSQL)
• Support legacy VFP8 systems during transition periods
• Develop Python tools for automation, data extraction, and reporting
• Build and maintain DXF processing pipelines (parsing, validation, visualization)
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement improvements
• Collaborate on AI/ML initiatives (OCR, component detection, scheduling)
• Provide production support for ERP outages
• Document code, processes, and system architecture
• Perform other relevant duties or projects as assigned by Superior
